Prep: Pennsylvania State Champion indoors at 3,000m this past winter ... Runner-up at the 2009 PIAA state cross country championships ... Fifth at the Footlocker Regional cross country championship, qualifying for the national championships ... Won the WPIAL title outdoors at 2 miles ...
