Indoor: Ran just three times ... Runner-up in the 3,000m at CNU in February.
Outdoor: Ran once at the end of the season.

2010-11
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Competed unattached at the two home meets.
Indoor: Qualified for the 3,000m run at the IC4A Championships ... Placed 10th in 8:19.64 ... Appeared in four 3,000m races, and once each in the mile and 5,000m.
Outdoor: Ran just twice ... Finished third in the 3,000m at the Tribe Open ... Timed 14:22.66 in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays.

Prep: Won the Virginia AAA cross country championship in 2009 ... Swept the Central Region and Dominion District titles en route to the state title ... Twice named Central Region Runner of the Year in cross country ... Indoors, fifth at the state meet at 3,200m as a senior ... Improved to fourth outdoors in the same event ... Swept the 1,600m and 3,200m at the outdoor region championships ... Indoors, won the 3,200m and took second at 1,600m at the region meet ... Named all-academic all four years of high school.

Personal: Son of Vaughn and Janice Richardson ... His great uncle, Kent Werner, played football and wrestled at Southern Illinois.
