W&M's Mark Batzel Award (2013-14)

Senior Season (2013-14)

Named the Tribe’s Mark Batzel Award winner, which is given to the player that displays leadership, determination, mental toughness and heart, while having the ability to instill those qualities in his teammates … Appeared in eight games this season, including his first career start … Started a Senior Day against Northeastern (2/22) and pulled down his first career rebound … Scored five points in the Tribe’s win over Goucher (12/20), going 2-of-4 from the floor and 1-of-2 from 3-point range … Recorded a season in three minutes off the bench at West Virginia (12/29)  … During the Tribe’s international trip to the Dominican Republic, appeared in two of the four games … Knocked down a 3-pointer in the Tribe’s trip-ending victory over the La Romana Pro Select Team.

Junior Season (2012-13)
Appeared in two games … Knocked down his first career free throw in four minutes of action against Salisbury (12/21) … Made his first appearance of the 2012-13 season at High Point (11/17).

Sophomore Season (2011-12)
Appeared in nine games in a reserve roll, averaging 1.3 points per game, while shooting 57.1 percent (4-of-7) from 3-point range ... Canned a pair of 3-pointers against Old Dominion (2/8) and finished with career-high six points, while tallying his first collegiate steal ... Drilled his only 3-point attempt from the left wing at Old Dominion (1/28) ... Knocked down 1-of-2 from 3-point range in two minutes vs. Richmond (11/30) ... Played a career-best five minutes in the 2K Sports Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer Subregional against Lehigh (11/18).

Freshman Season (2010-11)
Joined the Tribe as a walk-on prior to the 2010-11 season ... Appeared in seven games ... Scored his first collegiate points on a 3-pointer in the CAA quarterfinals against Hofstra (3/5) ... Played four minutes in the Tribe’s BracketBuster win over Radford (2/19) ... Saw the first CAA action of his career at Towson (1/19) ... Came on for two minutes at North Carolina (12/21) and took a charge on the defensive end ... Made his first collegiate appearance at Virginia (11/12).

A member of the 2009 Indiana High School Athletic Association 4A State Championship team at Bloomington South ... A two-year letterwinner for J.R. Holmes, the father of W&M assistant Jonathan Holmes, at Bloomington South ... Team finished the year undefeated along with being ranked No. 1 in the state and No. 3 in the final USA Today high school rankings ... An Indiana Wendy’s High School Heisman Award State finalist ... Nominated for the Larry Bird Character Award presented by the Indiana Pacers in conjunction with the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), the Indiana High School Athletic Association, Inc. (IHSAA) and Dick’s Sporting Goods ... During his varsity career, Bloomington South amassed a 49-1 record, including a state record 49-game winning streak ... Ranked third on the team in assists and shot 60 percent from the field during his career ... A three-year letterwinner on the Bloomington South football team as a wide receiver and defensive back ... Played AAU for Indiana Elite ... The student council vice president and a member of the Hough O’Brien Youth Leadership Program and the Honor Society in high school ...
