WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (March 29, 2012) - With
two weeks of spring practice in the books, William and Mary all-conference
cornerback B.W. Webb recently sat down with TribeAthletics.com to discuss his
offseason preparation as well as his future goals both on and off the field.
Below is a
quick look at the Tribe's spring two-deep at the cornerback position.
Coaches Call:
Defensive
Coordinator Scott Boone:
"We have one
of the best cornerbacks in the nation with B.W. Webb, and our goal this spring
is to continue developing our other corners to that level. DeAndre
Houston-Carson has had a very productive start to the spring and possesses all
the tools to become an excellent player. Ryan Smith, Jesse McNeal III and Blake Cooksey have also taken advantage of their reps this spring and will add
quality depth to the position."
