WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (April 12, 2012) - With
the Green and Gold Game just two days away, William and Mary offensive lineman
Trevor Springman recently sat down with TribeAthletics.com to discuss his
offseason preparation as well as his future goals both on and off the field.
Below is a
quick look at the Tribe's spring two-deep at the offensive line position.
Coaches Call:
Offensive line
coach Bob Solderitch:
"We've dealt
with a fair deal of adversity throughout the spring at our group, due to
injuries. But, the flip side is that younger guys have been given a great
opportunity to both learn the offense and improve their technique. We've had to
shuffle some players into unfamiliar roles, but everyone has responded to the
challenge and been very consistent in their efforts to improve. I believe this
experience we've gained will make us a stronger unit in the fall."
