The William and Mary golf programs will start a new tradition this
summer, hosting the Stonehouse Tribe College-Am on Friday, August 24
beginning at noon. Players and groups can register to play a round on
the Traditions Club at Stonehouse with a W&M player or coach, with
all proceeds directly benefitting the Tribe men's and women's golf
teams.

The event starts with registration and lunch at noon at the Stonehouse
clubhouse, followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start for the tournament.
Single players can register for $175, while the price for a foursome
with a W&M player or coach is $600. Portions of the entry fees are
tax deductible as a contribution to the Tribe Club. Hole sponsorships
are also available, at $125 per hole. Due to NCAA regulations, players
must be aged 18 or older, or not a high school prospect (in grades 9-12).
The Traditions Club at Stonehouse has won numerous accolades since
opening in 1996, including "Best New Upscale Public Course in the
Country," and "Top 100 Modern Design Courses in the Nation" honors. For
