WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Tribe Athletics along with partners C&F Bank and Chick-fil-A raised more than 350 pairs of new shoes for children and adults in need this Holiday season as a result of the Shoeless Showdown on Dec. 1 against Old Dominion. All shoes were donated to the Williamsburg Salvation Army, and fans can still make a donation at any C&F Bank location in the Williamsburg area.

W&M head men's basketball coach Tony Shaver and his staff roamed the sidelines barefoot during the game against ODU to raise awareness for children and adults in the area in need of shoes. W&M tallied a 71-62 CAA-opening victory over Monarchs to improve to 4-3 on the young season.
