WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Tribe fans will have a pair of
opportunities to catch-up on all things William and Mary men's basketball with head
coach
Tony Shaver early in the week. The Chesapeake Bank
Tony Shaver Show from
Buffalo Wild Wings in New Town returns on Monday, Jan. 21, while the monthly
'Luncheon with Tony' series will have its January event on Tuesday from The
Cove Restaurant in Williamsburg.

Tony Shaver Show begins
on-site at 6:30 p.m. with great music from 92.3 FM The Tide, highlights from
recent Tribe games and a chance to win raffle prizes. The live interview portion
with longtime Tribe play-by-play announcer Jay Colley will air from 7-7:30 p.m.
at Buffalo Wild Wings located at 4918 Courthouse Street in Williamsburg. Shows
will be held Mondays through March 4 with the exception of Feb. 11 and 18 when
the Tribe plays at home in Kaplan Arena.
Hometown Radio is excited to about its new partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings
as part of the weekly show. Each week, a local organization will participate in
a profit share with Buffalo Wild Wings receiving 10 percent of sales
from the Williamsburg and Newport News locations as a donation. An 'event
ticket' is required to receive credit for the organization and can be printed
from
WYDaily.com.
The official designated beneficiary for Monday, Jan. 21, will be the United Way
of Greater Williamsburg. Fans that bring the 'event ticket' all day on Monday
to either the Williamsburg or Newport News Buffalo Wild Wings locations will
help to benefit the United Way of Greater Williamsburg.

'Luncheon with Tony' on Tuesday is
scheduled for noon at The Cove Restaurant, which is located at 3701 Strawberry
Plains Road. The event will include a buffet for $11 and provides fans the
opportunity to get Coach Shaver's thoughts on the Tribe's season and upcoming
games as well as talk W&M basketball with select Tribe players and the
Green and Gold coaching staff. The final 'Luncheon with Tony' will be Tuesday, Feb. 19.
The Tribe hits the road for a
Wednesday, Jan. 23, night contest at Northeastern. The game is slated for a 7
p.m. tip from Matthews Arena in Boston. The Huskies currently sit atop the CAA
standings at 6-0 in league play. Tribe fans can catch the action over the Tribe
Radio Network with Jay Colley on the call. The Tide 92.3 FM in Williamsburg is
the flagship station of the Tribe Radio Network and the broadcast will be
available on TribeAthletics.com. The live video stream will be available free
of charge at GoNU.com. The Green and Gold's next home contest will be Saturday,
Jan. 26, night against the Towson Tigers. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. from
Kaplan Arena.
