WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - William and Mary sophomore LHP Jason Inghram and freshman catcher Ryan Hissey earned Colonial Athletic Association weekly accolades on Monday afternoon.  For the third time this season, Inghram took home pitcher of the week honors, while Hissey was named the rookie of the week for the fourth time this spring.

In the series finale against Georgia State, Inghram was outstanding in improving his record to 8-5 on the season.  The Chesapeake, Va., native pitched seven shutout innings as held the GSU bats to just one hit to go along with 10 strikeouts.  In nine conference starts this season, Inghram has tallied a record of 6-3 on an ERA of 1.89 as he has fanned 68 batters in 62.0 innings of work.

Hissey batted .538 against Georgia State, which included four RBIs, a slugging percentage of .615 and an on-base percentage of .571.  He went 3-for-5 with two RBIs and a run scored in the 15-3 series opening victory over the Panthers on Thursday night.  In conference action, the West Chester, Pa., native owns an average of .309 with 14 RBIs, 16 runs scored and four doubles.

Tribe baseball returns to action as it opens play in the 2013 CAA Tournament on Thursday, May 23, at 3:30 p.m.  W&M will square off against the winner of Delaware and James Madison, which will have taken place the prior day.  This year's CAA Tournament will take place at Veterans Memorial Stadium on the campus of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.
