The William and Mary golf teams are teaming up for the second year of "Tribe Birdies for Breast Cancer" in 2011-12, raising money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the fight to fund breast cancer research.  Started last spring by the men's golf team, Tribe Birdies for Breast Cancer asks donors to either make a one-time donation, or to pledge money for every birdie that the men's and women's golf teams shoot in competition this year.

In the spring of 2011 alone, the men's golf team raised $10,365 dollars for the Susan G.
