The Chesapeake Bank Tony Shaver Show Slated for Feb. 21

Williamsburg, Va. - "The Chesapeake Bank Tony Shaver Show" is scheduled for its penultimate broadcast on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at Buffalo Wild Wings in New Town. The show will broadcast live on the Tribe's flagship stations - 92.3 FM The Tide and 107.9 Bach FM, but fans can join the show live at 6:30 p.m. with the live radio interview airing from 7-7:30 p.m.

Longtime Tribe play-by-play announcer Jay Colley will host the broadcast from Buffalo Wild Wings at 4918 Courthouse Street. The final edition of the show will be on Tuesday, Feb. 28, previewing the CAA Tournament, which begins March 2 in Richmond.

Fans are encouraged to come out at 6:30 before the live show begins for a Buffalo Wild Wings dinner, to enjoy great music from 92.3 FM The Tide and have a chance to win Tribe raffle prizes. Tuesday night is Wing Night at Buffalo Wild Wings featuring 45-cent traditional wings.

The Tribe will play its final two regular season games in the friendly confines of Kaplan Arena this week. The College hosts Hofstra on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 7 p.m., before welcoming Georgia State to Williamsburg for Senior Day on Saturday, Feb. 25, at 2 p.m. The game vs. Hofstra will be shown on ESPN3.com. Fans can catch the action of both contests over the Tribe Radio Network with Jay Colley, Bill McDonald and Charlie Woollum on the call. The Tide 92.3 FM in Williamsburg is the flagship station of the Tribe Radio Network and the broadcast can be heard over the Web at TribeAthletics.com.
