WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (May 8, 2011) - After posting impressive performances in William and Mary's semifinal contest against James Madison on Thursday, sophomore attacker Kyrstin Mackrides and redshirt freshman midfielder Katie Stillwell were selected to the Colonial Athletic Association All-Tournament Team.
Mackrides totaled a team-high three goals to go with a ground ball and a draw control versus the Dukes, while Stillwell recorded a goal, two ground balls and two draw controls.
One of the Tribe's top players this season, Mackrides finished the year with 47 points on 35 goals and 12 assists. Additionally, the Newtown Square, Pa., native ranked among the league's top 10 in points per game and goals per game.
A CAA All-Rookie Team selection, Stillwell earned 14 starts this season and finished the year with 19 draw controls, 16 ground balls, six caused turnovers and two goals.
