The Richmond Chapter of the Tribe Club is hosting a Sports Night Reception on Tuesday, October 8, at the Willow Oaks Country Club.
The event, which starts at 6pm, will give Richmond area Tribe fans the opportunity to meet and greet with seven Tribe head coaches, while also enjoying complimentary beverages and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
Currently, Tony Shaver (men’s basketball), Ed Swanson (women’s basketball), Jamie Pinzino (baseball), Matt Crispino (swimming), Hillary Fratzke (lacrosse), Tyler Thomson (women’s tennis) and Cliff Gauthier (men’s gymnastics) are scheduled to be in attendance.
The event is made possible by the generous support of the following Richmond Tribe Club members; Mike ‘66 and Julia Ann ‘67 Greenwood, Marc ‘88 and Kirsten ’90 Elim, John Cole Scott ’00, Steve ‘76 and Diane ‘76 Huebner, Robert Bryant ’83 and the W&M Alumni Association Richmond Chapter.
To RSVP, or for more information on the event, please contact Chris Stratton (email@example.com/757.221.3362).
The Tribe Club is essential for excellence, as the College’s Athletics Department receives no state funds towards its operating budget. Every year, the Tribe Club relies on alumni and friends of the department to raise more than $2.5 million in unrestricted funding.
