INFORMATION
How to Purchase Tickets
W&M WomenÕs Basketball tickets may be
purchased in person at our box office, on the web, or over the
phone at 757-221-3340.
Tickets will also be available for purchase on the day of the game one
hour prior to the start of the game at Kaplan Arena.

The Tribe Club was established to enhance and
support the W&M Athletics program.
Its primary goal is to raise the financial support necessary for W&M
to compete on a national level.
Your annual contribution to the Tribe Club will help lead W&M
Athletics to the next level by enabling student-athletes to excel both
academically and athletically. For

All phone or mail orders received within 10
days of the game will be placed in will call to be picked up at the Kaplan
Arena box office or on the day of the game at the Will Call window at the
northeast entrance to Kaplan Arena.

through the home institutionÕs ticket office only. Visit www.caasports.com for a complete
listing of CAA schools with links the each schoolÕs website.
Student Tickets
Students are eligible to receive free
admission to all home athletic events with a current W&M Student ID. Please
enter through the southeast entrance to Kaplan Arena to have your ID scanned to
verify student admission. Tickets will not be distributed except for special
events. Student guest tickets are
on sale for $5 each at the Tribe Ticket Office in W&M Hall and must be purchased
during regular business hours in advance of the game. Only one student guest ticket per
student.
CAA Tournament & Post Season
Tournament Tickets
Season ticket holders will be given the first
priority to purchase post season tournament tickets. Applications will be mailed in late
January. Tickets may only be reserved
in advance with a valid Visa or MasterCard. Cards will only be charged when it is
announced that the team advances on to such competitions.
Student tickets will be available for $5.50
per session. Student tickets will only be available for purchase at The Show
Place Arena box office the day of the tournament.

Admission
Policies
All persons 2 years of age and older must
have a ticket for admission to all W&M athletics events. Children under the age of 2 do not need
a ticket, but must sit on someoneÕs lap in reserved seating sections. Youth ages are through high school with
a valid high school ID.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Please contact the W&M Ticket Office at
757-221-3340 in advance to make special arrangements.
Game Day Parking
Regular game-day parking is free of charge
and is located in the William & Mary Hall lot located on the north side of
Kaplan Arena.
General Information
Outside food and beverages, bags larger than
1x1x1, weapons, and illegal substances are prohibited in Kaplan Arena. All bags are subject to inspection. As a courtesy to spectators, smoking is
not allowed inside Kaplan Arena.
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
