TRIBE FOOTBALL FAN INFORMATION FOR DELAWARE

Williamsburg - William and Mary will host its season opener against conference-rival Delaware on Thursday evening. The game is set to kickoff at 7:30 pm at Walter J. Zable Stadium.
The following important information is for Tribe fans in and out of the Williamsburg area:
Television
If you are not able to attend, the game will be broadcast live by CN8. CN8 is carried on the Comcast Cable systems in most areas. Comcast has a footprint that reaches as far south as Florida and as far north as Maine. If Comcast is your cable provider, check your local listings for CN8.
The broadcast team of long-time on-air personality Scott Graham (play-by-play) and former NFL fullback Jon Ritchie (color analyst) will handle the duties in the booth, while Gregg Murphy will work the sidelines.
Ticket Sales
The W&M Athletics Department is close again to setting a record for football season ticket sales. It is not too late to purchase season tickets for all the action at Zable this season. Click here to buy season tickets online.
A large crowd is expected for the Thursday’s game and limited tickets remain. You can purchase single game tickets online, or call the Tribe Ticket Office during normal business hours at 757.221.3340.

More Tribe Talk
On Wednesday nights this fall, area Tribe fans can tune in to the flagship stations of the Tribe Athletics Radio Network, 92.3 FM The Tide and 107.9 FM WBACH, for the Prudential McCardle Coach’s Show live from the Backfin Restaurant with head coach Jimmye Laycock. The show will air starting at 7:00 pm and fans and alumni are invited to attend, as the event will take place on the deck at the Backfin. The show, which is co-hosted by the radio voices of Tribe football, Jay Colley and Bob Sheeran, will consist of Q&A’s with Laycock about upcoming opponents, current events with the program and a review of the previous week’s action. Questions from the audience are welcomed, or, if you aren’t able to be there in person, you can email them into the broadcast at ron@tideradio.com.
