* For individuals, comprehensive records date to 1965-66.
* Only rounds with an available par rating, or which would rank in the top-10 regardless of a known par are eligible for the best score rankings.
* To be eligible for single-season rankings of won-loss percentage, season against par, and season average, an athlete had to have appeared in at least 10 rounds.
* To be eligible for any career-rankings of won-loss percentage, career against par, and career average, an athlete had to have played at least two years.
