• With his 38-yard touchdown catch and run, senior wide receiver Joe Nicholas moved into a tie for fourth-place on the College’s all-time career touchdown receptions list, tying him with current NFL head coach Mike Tomlin (20).

• Junior wide out Elliott Mack established a career long with his 61-yard touchdown reception.

• With three catches for 30 yards, sophomore wide receiver R.J. Archer extended his streak of games with at least one catch to 16, recording a reception in every career game.

• The Tribe defense has now allowed a total of just nine second-half points over the last two games.

• With two interceptions, junior corner Derek Cox became the first Tribe defender to record two interceptions in the same game since Jon Shaw at Rhode Island in 2005.

• Sophomore defensive tackle Sean Lissemore picked up his first career interception … The last time the Tribe recorded three interceptions in a contest also came in 2005 at Villanova, next week’s opponent.
