Brent Paladino Tied For Second at The Landfall Tradition

WILMINGTON, N.C. - William and Mary’s men’s golf team will have to come from behind to compete for the title at The Landfall Tradition, after shooting 315 in Friday’s first round to head into the clubhouse in 12th place. Tulsa is on top of the field at 2-under, and also boasts the individual leader in Nicolas Geyger, who shot a 5-under 67.

Junior Brent Paladino (Kensington, Conn.) is one of six players in a tie behind Geyger for the second spot after shooting a one-under 71. Classmate Doug Hurson (Bethesda, Md.) is tied for 18th with his round of 75, and sophomore Conor O’Brien (Weatogue, Conn.) shot 82 to stand tied for 54th. Seniors Jimmy Femino (Manassas, Va.) and Jonas Miller (Dallas, Texas) are in 58th and 59th, respectively, with two rounds left to play.

The Landfall Tradition continues with one round tomorrow morning, before finishing Sunday with a third and final round.
