Men’s Golf Continues Action at The Landfall Tradition

WILMINGTON, N.C. - William and Mary’s men’s golf team cut eight strokes in the second round under improved weather conditions at The Landfall Tradition, continuing in 12th place with an aggregate score of 622. Tulsa has opened a ten-stroke lead over the field, with the Golden Hurricanes’ Nicolas Geyger holding a four-shot lead in the individual standings.

Junior Brent Paladino (Kensington, Conn.) continued his strong play Saturday morning, matching his first-round 71 with another in the second to stand alone in fourth place at 2-under. Doug Hurson (Bethesda, Md.) also held steady, shooting 76 to finish the day in a tie for 34th. Sophomore Conor O’Brien (Weatogue, Conn.) and senior Jonas Miller (Dallas, Texas) each shot 80 on the day, and are at 57th and 59th, respectively. Senior Jimmy Femino (Manassas, Va.) rounded out the team’s effort in 60th place.

The Landfall Tradition finishes tomorrow with one round.
