W&M-ODU Game Slated for TV

The contest on Jan. 26 will be televised locally on WSKY TV beginning at 7 p.m.

Williamsburg - The William and Mary men’s basketball team’s home game against Old Dominion slated for Saturday, Jan. 26, will be televised locally on WSKY TV in Hampton Roads. It will be the second W&M home game televised this season and its third contest overall. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. at Kaplan Arena.

WSKY is available via channel 4 on DirectTV and channel 7296 on Dish Network in the Hampton Roads area. It is also available in area on digital channel 4.1 on Cox, DirectTV, Charter, Mediacom, Tim Warner (NC) and Verizon FIOS as well as over the air WSKY-DT channel 4.1.

The contest at Old Dominion on Jan. 5 was broadcast on Comcast SportsNet PLUS, while the Tribe hosted Towson on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic on Jan. 19. W&M is 2-0 this season on television with a 70-61 win at ODU and a 61-51 victory versus the Tigers. W&M is currently 9-8 overall and in second place in the CAA at 5-2, while ODU is 9-10 overall and 4-3 in league action.

In the midst of a five-game winning streak, the Tribe will travel to Philadelphia to face Drexel on Wednesday, Jan. 23.
