No. 21 Tribe Records Fifth Straight Victory, Downing Old Dominion, 7-0
W&M improved to 13-8 overall and 2-0 in the CAA with the program's fifth straight victory.

Norfolk, Va. - The No. 21 William and Mary women’s tennis team won its fifth straight match, shutting out CAA foe Old Dominion, 7-0, at the Folkes-Stevens Indoor Tennis Center in Norfolk on Wednesday afternoon. The College improved to 13-8 overall and 2-0 in the CAA with the victory.
W&M opened the match by claiming the doubles point, using a familiar combination to pull the trick. For the fourth straight match, the College received wins at the No. 1 and No. 2 slots to tally the initial point of the contest. At the No. 2 position, sophomore Ragini Acharya and junior Klaudyna Kasztelaniec won their fourth straight match as a team, disposing of Joanna Dobrowolska and Daniela Cohen, 8-1. The No. 16-ranked team nationally of senior Megan Moulton-Levy and junior Kat Zoricic clinched the win with an 8-5 triumph at the top spot over Charleen Haarhoff and Nadine Fahoum.
The Tribe won all six singles slot in straight sets to notch the shut win. At the top singles slot, Moulton-Levy moved into sole possession of third place on the Tribe career singles wins list with her 118th career victory, downing Fahoum, 6-3, 6-2. Zoricic followed suite at the No. 2 singles position with her 20th victory of the season, downing Haarhoff, 6-0, 6-2.
Acharya, who is ranked No. 114 nationally, won her team-leading 27th match of the year in straight-set fashion, 6-2, 6-3, over Joanna Dobrowolska at No. 3. Kasztelaniec recorded her 60th career singles victory, upending Barbara Costa, 6-2, 6-4, at the No. 4 slot. Sophomore Carmen Pop and junior Barbara Zidek rounded out the Tribe singles sweep with wins at the No. 5 and No. 6 positions. Pop beat Coehn, 6-1, 6-2, while Zidek bested Marija Citic, 7-5, 6-2.
The Tribe will wrap up the regular season with its home finale when it hosts instate foe Richmond on Wednesday, April 9. The tilt is slated for 3 p.m. at the Busch Tennis Courts and will be the final home match in the career of four-time All-American, senior Megan Moulton-Levy.
