Baseball 6/6/2014 12:00:00 PM TribeAthletics.com Tribe in the Pros The William and Mary baseball team has had its number of great players, with many of them continuing their careers long after their days playing for the Green and Gold are finished. Since 1997, MLB teams have drafted 26 players out of the College. Seven players have been drafted within the first ten rounds, including Bill Bray with the 13th overall pick in 2004. A total of 32 players from W&M have been selected in the MLB Amateur Draft era. Eleven former Tribe standouts have gone on to play in the Majors.
